2^nd March 2010 - Stepping Out Concert

Lighthearted toe-tapping concert on Friday 19^th March at 7.30pm by a group of 16 adult singers – songs from the shows, madrigals, folk songs etc.  They have got together to perform for Lymm Festival and have offered a Mexico concert at LBC first – with a different programme.

This should be a really light, fun evening and the final chance people have to support the group going to Mexico over Easter.  Tickets are at a bargain price: £5 adults and £3 concessions, available from the church office 01925 752805.

9^th February 2010 - Holiday at Home

Lymm Baptist Church presents Holiday at Home, a week of activities for anyone aged 65+. The club runs from 12.00pm to 4.00pm on Monday 1^st to Friday 5^th March 2010. Click here for more details.

Lymm Baptist Church presents Fantastica Fun, Fantastically Fun workshops in Drama, Sports and Crazy Games. The club runs from 1.30pm to 3.00pm on Wednesday 17^th to Friday 19^th February 2010. Click here for more details.

22^nd January 2010 - Holiday Club 2010

Lymm Baptist Church is holding its annual Holiday Club for girls and boys currently at Primary School, in February 2009. The club runs from 10.00am to 12.00pm on Monday 15^th to Friday 19^th February 2010. Click here for more details.

15^th January 2010 - Holiday Club at Home - for the Elderly

This will be led by an international team from Capernwray Bible College who are also coming to visit LBC for the weekend of 29^th - 31^st Jan.

15^th January 2010 - Church Done Differently/New Expressions

As of this Sunday (17^th January 2010) and every third Sunday of the month, the evening service is going to try-out different styles of service to see how they work, how they are received and whether we think they might be appropriate for future us.

1^st January 2010 - Rebuild Mexico 2010 Fundraising Events

Over the next few months, many of the LBC youth (and not so youth) will be fundraising for their trip to Mexico in 2010.

Currently planned events include,

• Auction on Saturday 30th January 2010 at 10am (viewing from 9am)

Offers of items to sell and promises to Linda Cram & Deb Instone via the church office.

• Youth Concert on Saturday 6th February 2010 at 7.30pm

Soloists, ensembles, flute choir, string quartet & "Counterfactual" band

• Valentines Meal on Thursday 11th February 2010 at Lymm Hotel

Enjoy a relaxed meal with live music. £20 per ticket from Deb Instone via the church office.
