Nobody is immune to the increasing pressures of today's high-speed, hi-tech society. The question is: Do we succumb or overcome?

The Lymm Baptist Church Weekend 2004 takes place 1st & 2nd October, and will be based on the theme "Living & Working successfully with Pressure, Change and Stress".

  • There will be an outreach meeting on Friday evening (1st) at the Lymm Hotel to include the latest findings from medical and stress research and providing strategies for handling life's fast pace and pressures. Frances Munro of SALT - Stress and Life Trust - will lead this. Tickets are available at no charge via the church office.
  • This will be followed by a full day at Lymm Baptist Church on the Saturday (2nd), starting at 9.45am with a break for lunch around 12.15pm. Lunch will be provided. The session will finish around 4pm.

Both sessions are open to anyone who would like to come (whether or not you are associated with Lymm Baptist Church). On the Saturday, we hope to be running activities for children and young people

For more information, please contact the church office.
